Description
- Gogeta, originally designed by Akira Toriyama during the Buu Saga, is a fusion character of Goku and Vegeta. However, due to Toei Animation producing and featuring the character in a movie without Toriyama's involvement, it caused a discrepancy in the manga storyline.
- As a result, Toriyama removed Gogeta from the Buu Saga and created a new fused character, Vegito, with the Potara earrings. There are two versions of Gogeta: Hell Gogeta and Super Gogeta, which exist in different timelines. Hell Gogeta is a fusion of Goku and Vegeta in Hell, who merge while fighting against Janemba's evil energy in a parallel timeline. Super Gogeta, on the other hand, was redesigned by Toriyama and debuted in the 2018 film "Dragon Ball Super: Broly".
- In terms of appearance, there is not much difference between the two versions, except that Hell Gogeta has orange shoulder attire while Super Gogeta has green shoulder attire. However, there is no specific data or indication of their power levels compared to each other.
